1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NexxFILL platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our service provides military-grade mobile fuel delivery to specified locations. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling your first delivery.
2. Service Eligibility
Services are available to residents and businesses within Seminole County, Florida. Users must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid NexxFILL account. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location that does not meet our strict safety and accessibility protocols.
3. Delivery & Safety Protocols
NexxFILL adheres to a 'Zero Fuel Left Behind' policy. All vehicles are emptied at the conclusion of each shift. Customers must ensure their vehicle fuel doors are unlocked or accessible during the scheduled delivery window to ensure mission success without delay.
4. Billing and Credits
Memberships include exclusive gas credits and maintenance perks. Credits are applied monthly and may not be transferred between accounts. Pricing is subject to local market fluctuations and will be confirmed at the time of schedule confirmation.
